• Yes, from the originated idea to the final product, everything is self-designed and made.

• No, all products are hand-knitted.

• No, the products are made of 100% acrylic yarn, and the filling is a synthetic filling.

• Yes, you can. If you send enough materials to me yourself, the products can be made in them. Any materials left over after making will be returned along with the made product at no additional shipping cost.

• No, there are no patterns available Everything I make is conceived from memory without a pattern. What remains after the final finished product are scribbled notes and a description for myself to make the product again next time.

• The waiting time then averages 10 to 14 business days, depending on which product it is. That is the time of knitting, assembling, washing, drying, checking, and finally packing and shipping.

• This depends on where you live. For the Netherlands, it is on average within 3 working days. For the European Union, it's between 5 and 7 business days on average, and for the rest of the world, it depends on where you live, as it can be between 7 and 21 business days.
